Sunday 30 August 2015: Treasure hunt, guided visit to the natural reserve

Starting at 10.00 at the park La Golena del Furlo a funny event for families takes place thanks to Caccia ai tesori del Furlo, a treasure hunt suitable for children starting from the age of 5. How to get there: leave the motorway Acqualagna-Fano at Furlo.

In the afternoon at 15.30 and 17.30 it is possible to explore the natural reserve. Tra le meraviglie della Gola is the guided walk taking place on Sundays to visit the tunnels bored by the Romans along the consular via Flaminia and to discover the marvels of nature in the reserve of Gola del Furlo. A guide will explain the sorts of plants and flowers and talk about the wild animals and birds of prey, such as the golden eagle, which can be observed in the natural reserve. The route of the excursion is flat and accessible to everybody. Duration of the walk: about 2 hours. Meet at the Enel dam. How to get there: leave the motorway Acqualagna-Fano at Calmazzo.
